There are a few legendary splits such as Ancient Rites / Uncanny, Epitaph / Excruciate, Vlad Tepes / Belkètre, etc.
The Osculum Infame / Funeral split deserves to appear in such list considering the top notch quality of both bands tracks. I should also point out the historical value of this split which can be regarded as a snapshot of what the mid-90s French black metal scene was.
This vinyl comes with a 12" x 12" inserts featuring old pictures, flyers etc. + liner notes by Meyhna'ch and Black Christ + excerpts of an interview of Vlad Drakul I conducted + exceprts of an interview of Lenrauth I conducted.
All tracks have been carefully remastered by Arjan of Heidens Art.
